One off architect designed house in rural Angus. The site was promoted as a brownfield redevelopment however the Council disagreed with this interpretation and refused planning permission. The refusal was the subject of a Local Review Board appeal. The Councillors agreed with our submission that the site was in fact brownfield and planning permission was granted.
The house is now complete and makes a valuable contribution to the architectural heritage of rural Angus and indeed featured as a finalist on the BBC Scottish Homes.
